Keys To Wellness Subgroups : Transportation Committee, Music & Movement Committee, Financial Wellness Committee

Wellness Coaching - 4:00PM - 5:00PM - 1st & 3rd Thursday of each month

Social Anxiety Support Group - 7:00PM - 8:00PM  - every Thursday night

Physical Wellness Activities: Yoga, Dance & weather permitting walks outdoors or mall walks

Hearts & Minds presented regularly with changing focus - smoking cessation, addictions, weight management, health screenings,
conversations with medical professionals & shared decisions making, our cooking network

3:30 - 4:15 - Yoga        Come in and claim your Yoga mat - Ending our day.
   

Saturday

Creativity, games, hobbies & art
Trips & Outings will be posted on FB as new schedules from Community Resources become available
